Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology strategy with 5-year implementation roadmap
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Partner with governments on next-gen digital infrastructure policy
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Build strategic alliances with Fortune 500 CTOs and academic institutions
- Present disruptive tech frameworks at Davos and TED-style forums
- Oversee $50M innovation budget for 2026 tech incubation projects
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology (or equivalent)
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Published author in IEEE Spectrum or Nature Futures journal
- Deep expertise in tech ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit)
