As a key member of our C-suite strategy team, you'll collaborate with R&D, engineering, and business development to identify transformative opportunities. You'll represent our voice at global tech summits and lead cross-functional teams in prototyping solutions for markets that don't yet exist. Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research initiatives to identify emerging tech trends with commercial potential
- Partner with VCs and startups to scout acquisition targets and strategic investments
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and autonomous systems
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, neurotech, or climate tech
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature, MIT Tech Review)
