As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities, conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies, and develop implementation frameworks for next-gen systems. You'll shape our R&D priorities while ensuring alignment with market demands and ethical innovation standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and assess market readiness
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across core business units
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term vision
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technology impacts on industry verticals
- Manage innovation incubation projects from concept to prototype phase
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Experience building cross-functional innovation teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management
- Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
