- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month vision horizons
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct market analysis for emerging technologies with 3-5 year adoption forecasts
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Mentor junior engineers in next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven 2020-2025 digital transformation impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum, AI, or blockchain
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
- Patent portfolio or startup exit experience highly valued
