Qualifications
- 15+ years in emerging tech strategy with 5+ years in quantum/AI domains
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier IEEE conferences
- Proven scaling of tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and ethical governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design (Qiskit)
