Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI ethics frameworks) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors

- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D grants, and tech scouting programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
