- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Drive culture of innovation through internal hackathons and ideation sessions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, or sustainable tech)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
