Responsibilities

- Lead quantum computing and AI integration initiatives for enterprise clients
- Secure $50M+ in venture funding for emerging technology incubation
- Establish global standards for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Innovation Fellowship Program
- Drive partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years at executive level
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling quantum/AI initiatives to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting (Gartner Hype Cycle methodology)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent
- Experience securing federal tech grants and DARPA partnerships
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE) and Quantum Leadership (IBM)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global partnerships
