Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2024-2026, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof capabilities into current development cycles
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track adoption of forward-looking solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and scenario planning
- Drive patent development for proprietary technologies targeting 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans with multi-year implementation horizons
- Strong communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of successful innovation projects launched within past 5 years
- Certifications in emerging tech or strategic planning (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Future Tech)
