Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Expertise in ethical AI governance and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from federal/private sources
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
