Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead research in emerging fields (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate future-vision requirements into actionable plans
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies for potential integration
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior strategists on future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption trends
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
