Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, quantum computing, and emerging biotech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Partner with venture capital arms to evaluate and acquire strategic startups in future tech domains
- Present strategic briefings to board members and investors on emerging technology opportunities
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress against 2026 technological milestones
- Lead the Future Tech Lab incubating experimental projects with 10x impact potential
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies or innovation management
- Proven track record developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or clean tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience with venture capital ecosystems and startup acquisition due diligence
- Executive presence with successful stakeholder management at C-suite and board levels
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
