Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (2020-2025)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural-symbolic AI
- Proven track record leading $10M+ tech projects
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing SDKs
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and tech-for-good principles
- Experience with DARPA or NASA technology programs
