Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-generation AI and quantum computing applications

- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present tech innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and lead a specialized innovation task force focused on 2026 tech horizons
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Author thought leadership publications on future tech trends and market implications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record commercializing AI/quantum/blockchain innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or Web3 infrastructure
- Exceptional analytical skills for modeling complex technological ecosystems
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Published research or patents in high-impact technology journals
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
