Responsibilities
- Lead strategic roadmap development for 2026 technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect cross-functional innovation frameworks bridging R&D and commercialization
- Present tech strategy insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in emerging technology implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $1M
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
