Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging tech trends
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from prototype to production
- Certified in AI Governance (AIGC) and Quantum Engineering (QECP)
- Expertise in scenario planning for tech disruption cycles
