Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with quantum/AI specialization
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Futuristics preferred
- Deep expertise in blockchain 3.0, neuromorphic computing, and bio-digital interfaces
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
