Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product concepts and service models
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and investors
- Ensure all initiatives comply with evolving regulatory and ethical standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong business acumen with experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans (5+ year horizons)
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation projects with measurable impact
