Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum algorithms
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants through compelling future-vision proposals
- Partner with governments on policy development for emerging tech regulation
- Drive sustainable tech initiatives achieving 90% energy efficiency targets
- Present strategic visions at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI advancements
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and quantum cryptography standards
- Security clearance for national tech initiatives (preferred)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, C++, Rust)
- Experience with EU AI Act and US National AI Strategy compliance
