Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for disruptive tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization
- Build partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Drive ethical technology frameworks and sustainability initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management expertise
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIOE)
