Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech integration
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation through internal hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications for future tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex technology transitions
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and technology forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated success in securing R&D budgets for experimental technologies
