Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen product development
- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ innovation budget
- Build and mentor a high-performing future-tech incubation team
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions
- Present strategic vision to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 200+ members
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (global markets)
