Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy framework aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and integrating emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web4.0)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startup experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures or neuromorphic systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in AI Ethics (e.g., IEEE 7001) or equivalent
- Experience managing global distributed R&D teams
