Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, biocomputing) and assess market viability
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with ESG principles and regulatory frameworks
- Interface with C-suite executives to translate technical opportunities into strategic business initiatives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with academic institutions and government agencies
- Author thought leadership on ethical AI adoption and digital sovereignty
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused KPIs
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and UN Tech Summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies or societal impact
- Proven experience scaling tech ventures from concept to IPO
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuro-interfaces, climate tech
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certified in AI governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000, ISO/IEC 42001)
