Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and implementing next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum AI, biotech convergence, neural interfaces) for competitive advantage
- Secure strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives and immersive demos
- Mentor technical teams on future-proof architecture and ethical innovation frameworks
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
