Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, bio-digital interfaces)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI collaboration
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen user experiences
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for cutting-edge tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with focus on emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in quantum/AI implementation or similar disruptive tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in AI Ethics or similar governance framework
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, research labs)
