Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with quantum computing or AI ethics specialization
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech regulatory landscapes (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Published research in quantum-AI convergence or sustainable tech
- Experience leading $10M+ innovation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Ethics
