Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Partner with C-suite executives to translate technical vision into actionable business strategies
- Direct cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning AI ethics, decentralized systems, and climate tech
- Present innovation forecasts to investors and board members using data-driven scenario planning
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or future-focused innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
