Responsibilities

- Partner with policy think tanks to shape next-gen tech governance
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies into commercial applications
- Present future-vision strategies to C-suite and venture capital stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with future-focused portfolios
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bioinformatics, neuromorphic)
- Proven track record scaling solutions from concept to global deployment
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFT) or equivalent
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and regulatory landscapes
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with future studies focus
