- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-year market impact potential
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Manage a $2M innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling tech teams from 20 to 200+ members
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing principles
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience with federal/state tech policy frameworks (e.g., CHIPS Act)
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field
