You'll collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable strategies while maintaining a pulse on global tech trends and regulatory landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability
- Develop frameworks for ethical tech implementation and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech adoption curves and market readiness models
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
