- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present tech foresight briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Drive patent strategy for next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups through IPO or acquisition
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or distributed ledger tech
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed tech journals
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
- Experience with EU AI Act and NIST framework compliance
