Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, biotech) and competitive landscapes
- Architect innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs of breakthrough solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage cross-functional R&D initiatives with global engineering and design teams
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership

- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
