- Develop 2026 tech implementation roadmaps aligning with quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in prototyping next-gen digital ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Partner with VPs of Engineering to integrate breakthrough innovations into product pipelines
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and external investors
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech convergence
- Proven track record scaling products from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for AI/autonomous systems
- Certification in Tech Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful tech transformation initiatives
