Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with Fortune 500/VC-backed experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with measurable market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech, etc.)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major industry conferences
