Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year tech roadmaps aligning with emerging trends (Web4, AGI, bio-integrated systems)
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI networks
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-tech convergence and sustainable infrastructure
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for prototype development
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Collaborate with EU and APAC teams on global tech policy frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Active security clearance (TS/SCI) or ability to obtain one
