- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI deployment and data governance
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants through DARPA/NSF partnerships
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board of directors
- Build and lead a specialized innovation incubation team
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or AI startups
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and government research agencies
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier IEEE conferences
- Experience with international tech policy development (UN/G20)
