Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neuro interfaces)

- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio and R&D resource allocation
- Present strategic vision to board members and key stakeholders

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, biotech integration
- Exceptional data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field preferred
