Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions including AI, quantum computing, and biotech integrations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to present strategic technology investment recommendations
- Establish innovation KPIs and track progress toward 2026 technological milestones
- Partner with R&D to translate strategic vision into patentable innovations
- Represent the company at global tech forums and future-focused symposiums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain experience essential)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ethical frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis

- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) or equivalent
