Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 50+ engineers
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $10M+ annual innovation budget
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on joint R&D initiatives
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ new filings by 2026
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption across global operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum/biotech
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to $100M+ impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Biotechnology
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier tech journals
- Experience managing >$50M R&D budgets and 50+ person teams
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio of 3+ successful tech commercializations
