Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neurotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/ML deployment and responsible innovation practices
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and industry thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with minimum 5 years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching transformative tech products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strategic focus
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments (>500 employees)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFA Institute, Foresight Professionals)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (HBR, MIT Tech Review)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
