Responsibilities

- Lead strategic foresight initiatives through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Partner with R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Create competitive analysis frameworks for next-gen tech ecosystems
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage innovation pipeline with go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward initiatives
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Innovation preferred
