Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning and roadmapping for 2026+ initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) and translate into actionable business strategies
- Develop cross-functional innovation frameworks integrating AI, IoT, and blockchain ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Drive R&D investments in future-focused domains including climate tech and neurointerfaces
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects on emerging technology adoption
- Author thought leadership reports and present at global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting preferred
- Exceptional data literacy with experience in predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and executive audiences
- Published thought leader in tech innovation or futurism (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
