Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs exploring quantum applications, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with frontier research institutions and global tech consortia
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Present visionary blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor next-generation talent in future-tech methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech evolution
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven success in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting tech implementations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, AGI safety protocols
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Certification in Futures Studies (WFS) or Technology Foresight (UNESCO)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
