Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global sustainability and ethical AI frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, synthetic biology, decentralized systems) and assess market disruption potential
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and governments to accelerate tech adoption
- Create scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate-related tech disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact assessments
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to global deployment
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI ethics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
