Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-casting methodologies
- PhD in Computer Science/Systems Engineering or equivalent innovation track record
- Published research in quantum computing or climate tech (NeurIPS/ICML/IEEE)
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Proficiency in futures analysis tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method)
