Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum computing initiatives
- Executive presence with board-level presentation experience

- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Harvard/MIT preferred)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, neurotech, and climate tech ecosystems
