Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles (CIO, CTO, Innovation Director)
- Proven track record executing 5-year tech roadmaps

- Experience with $100M+ budgets and P&L ownership
- Published research in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or MBA from top-tier institution
