- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with focus on future tech
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, nanotech, AGI)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Fluency in Mandarin/Arabic for global partnerships
