Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-digital interfaces)
- Lead strategic partnerships with startups and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and investors
- Design frameworks for ethical AI implementation and digital sovereignty
- Oversee prototype development for next-gen tech solutions
- Analyze global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM) or equivalent
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, R, or Julia)
